QUALITY CONTROL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SYSTEM
Last updated: May 2026
1. Nature of Inspection Frameworks and Operational Limits
NET LUX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) maintains standardized, internal quality control checking protocols and business verification safeguards (Know Your Business / KYB) designed to protect our wholesale distribution networks and ensure regulatory compliance under Polish statutory framework KRS 0001185970.
All quality control checks, spot testing of textile batches, packaging integrity validations, and factory tracking executed by or facilitated through the Company are strictly administrative and precautionary. The execution of these inspection steps does not shift the primary product liability from the original manufacturer or factory exporter to the Company. The independent manufacturer remains solely liable for technical defects, material composition accuracy, and product safety parameters under international trade law.
2. Textile Inspection Standards and Technical Tolerances
Wholesale textile trade (PKD 46.41.Z) involves complex logistical and biological product features. All inspections performed at the sorting desks, manufacturing collection points, or our central Warsaw warehouse hub (ul. Grochowska 207, 04-077 Warszawa, Polska) operate under strict compliance parameters:
- Sourcing Inspections: Technical parameters including fiber composition ratios, weave counts, edge stitching durability, and color stability parameters are cross-referenced with standard wholesale indicators.
- Limitation of Scientific Liability: The Company conducts standard visual and metric inspections. The Company does not operate full-scale forensic chemical, toxicological, or technical textile laboratories. Specialized compliance certificates required for specific regional sub-markets (such as localized eco-labeling, specific fire-retardant industrial standards, or specific organic certifications) must be explicitly requested by the corporate buyer and remain bound to the testing facilities of the original fabric manufacturer.
3. Warehousing Compliance, Security Protocols, and Cargo Storage Limits
All freight processing, cargo consolidation, and palleted storage handled within our warehouse logistics framework (PKD 52) are subject to rigid structural safety rules:
- Storage Conditions: Cargo is managed under clean, dry conditions suited for industrial textile rolls and packaged goods. The Company is not responsible for material degradation caused by the inherent vice of the stored goods, pre-existing structural decay, or insect infestations originating from the factory of source.
- Refusal of Entry Rights: To maintain strict environmental, fire safety, and corporate security conditions, the warehouse desk reserves the absolute right to deny entry, cancel cargo handling, or immediately remove any incoming freight batch that triggers risk flags, fails environmental standard parameters, lacks clear legal custom indicators, or fails transparent KYB verification.
4. Regulatory Indemnification and Legal Safeguards
The corporate Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that their imported, stored, or distributed products adhere entirely to the public safety laws, consumer health acts, labeling requirements, and taxation guidelines enforced in the final country of consumption within Europe or globally. NET LUX Sp. z o.o. shall not be held liable for any fiscal audits, administrative regulatory fines, or product recalls triggered by market infractions or legal compliance changes after the cargo has safely cleared our Warsaw logistics desk.
