2. Strict Business-to-Business (B2B) Operational Model

The Company operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial enterprise and institutional logistics hub. The B2B model signifies that all commercial relationships, communications, and logistical operations are conducted exclusively between our corporate entity and other professional corporate entities or registered entrepreneurs.

Due to the specific nature of international manufacturing supply chains, large-scale direct factory contracting, customs clearing corridors, and centralized cargo warehousing at our Warsaw facility, the Company maintains the following strict restrictions:

  • Wholesale Only: We do not engage in retail trade, do not maintain a retail storefront, and do not supply individual consumer-level quantities. All inquiries and potential delivery flows are managed exclusively in bulk wholesale volumes.
  • Legal Entities Only: We do not provide services, product access, or commercial consultations to private individual consumers (physical persons not conducting registered economic activity). We interact solely with verified corporate bodies, legal entities, partnership organizations, and officially registered sole traders.
  • Exclusion of Consumer Protection Laws: Since this platform is engineered strictly for corporate commerce, provisions regarding individual consumer protection laws and retail distance selling return rights under European Union consumer directives do not apply to any interaction or contract associated with the Company.

3. Demo-Catalog Parameters and Inquiry Processing

The product showcase section of this website serves as a digital B2B demo-catalog. It represents an operational portfolio and showcase of the wholesale categories, textile variations, direct factory manufacturing connections, and distribution channels that the Company coordinates.

  • No E-Commerce Elements: The catalog is entirely static and non-transactional. It does not feature retail prices, automated payment gateways, or checkout baskets.
  • Nature of Submissions: Submitting a form through the demo-catalog does not establish a transaction. It represents an official B2B Request for Proposal (RFP) or an invitation to negotiate customized wholesale terms.
  • Custom Calculation: Financial frameworks, precise technical material densities, volume thresholds, and transport routing are calculated individually for each corporate client based on direct factory availability, market dynamics, and cargo sorting parameters at our Warsaw Praga-Południe desk.

4. Know Your Business (KYB) and Verification Protocols

To comply with European corporate transparency laws and prevent illicit trade operations, all incoming commercial requests undergo mandatory internal business verification (KYB). To initialize an account or request a formal wholesale quotation, users must provide valid corporate metadata, including the official business name, active tax identifiers (NIP, VAT, or regional equivalent), and registered office location.

The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate communication, reject inquiries, or deny access to its logistics infrastructure if an entity provides unverified corporate data or fails to establish its legitimate status as a professional corporate buyer or manufacturer.

5. Governing Law, Performance Liability, and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all business interactions originating from this digital platform are governed exclusively by, and must be construed in accordance with, the statutory laws of the Republic of Poland. Sourcing, private label execution, and storage frameworks are governed independently by individual, comprehensive bilateral B2B contracts executed in writing between authorized corporate representatives.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising in connection with the use of this website, its content, or its corporate communication channels shall be submitted directly and exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of law in Warsaw, Poland.
